Associate MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring a minimum of 2+ years of proven onsite experience working as a MERN Stack Developer, with hands-on exposure to real-world production environments.
• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop and optimize reusable front-end components while following clean, maintainable, and efficient coding practices.
• Work with NoSQL databases—primarily MongoDB—to support application functionality, performance, and data consistency.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across multiple devices.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of existing systems, helping identify issues and implement effective fixes.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve skills and code quality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack or Full-Stack Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and REST API development/integration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and responsive UI design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to TypeScript or Next.js.
• Basic familiarity with AWS, Firebase, or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
