Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations by continuously monitoring traffic, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting provisioning and routing activities. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring per minute, hourly, daily, weekly and monthly incoming and outgoing traffic
- Troubleshooting and addressing all Level 1 issues.
- Handling complaints via trouble ticket management system, track records, follow up and escalating
- Issues with the relevant team via Zendesk, Bitrix, Skype, Whatsapp and email.
- Interconnection, Provisioning, Routing and testing of wholesale carriers
- Handing over and taking over of a shift, updates (routing, testing & provisioning summary) to NOC team.
- Assess the nature of queries and provide technical support to all stakeholders.
- Formulation and compilation of different reports in Microsoft excel.
- Perform all duties as assigned by peer team members/team leads/supervisor.
- Maintain strict compliance of all the KPI, company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge Deliberation and sharing within the team.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related or similar role
- Proficiency in SIP/SMPP
- Strong understanding of Computer Networks and IP Protocols
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Wireshark for network analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Amicable, team player, and quick learner

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
