Role Overview
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and eager to learn and work within the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) ecosystem, with a specific focus on the Securities Market Online Dispute Resolution (SM-ODR) framework introduced by SEBI.
The role involves administering disputes on an ODR platform, providing administrative and technical support to parties, assisting with case management, coordinating with empaneled neutrals, and supporting compliance with applicable SEBI circulars, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot operational challenges, and contribute to the digital transformation of dispute resolution in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer disputes on the ODR platform, including matters arising under the SM-ODR framework.
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties involved in the dispute resolution process.
- Manage dispute-related communications and support effective case management.
- Coordinate with neutrals and parties to ensure smooth dispute proceedings.
- Handle the neutral empanelment process.
- Assist in disputes involving securities market participants and intermediaries.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, particularly within SM-ODR workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot operational challenges and enhance platform efficiency.
- Contribute ideas and innovations to improve digital dispute resolution processes.
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of ADR and ODR concepts.
- Conduct research on ADR/ODR practices, relevant SEBI circulars, judicial precedents, and emerging industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience, preferably in ADR/ODR-related roles.
- LLB or LLM qualification is mandatory.
- Strong drafting, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools (MS Office or equivalent).
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for working in roles focused on public service and access to justice.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
