We are looking for a student-focused Operations Associate to support and execute end-to-end study abroad operations. You will assist in managing student processes, ensure timely completion of applications, visa, and pre-departure tasks, and contribute to operational efficiency and student satisfaction. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to the full student journey.
Key Responsibilities
Student Journey Support Assist in managing the student lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment and arrival, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences.
Counselling & Application Assistance Support students in program and university selection; help with documentation, applications, and admission follow-ups.
Visa & Compliance Assistance Support visa documentation and ensure adherence to university and embassy requirements.
Pre-Departure Support Assist in pre-departure briefings covering travel, accommodation, finance, and other logistical aspects.
Process & Workflow Execution Follow standard operating procedures, help streamline workflows, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with students, parents, universities, and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain service quality.
Follow-Ups & Issue Resolution Track student progress, help resolve operational issues, and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in study abroad operations, counselling, or international student services preferred
Strong execution and operational ownership
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
A strong ownership mindset, being accountable for assigned tasks and proactively driving them to completion.
