Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate or Mid-level Government & Capital Property Management Specialist (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our team located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Are you ready to take on a vital role in managing our company's assets? We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Specialist to ensure compliance with contract provisions and enhance our property management processes. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and shop personnel, fostering collaboration to effectively manage property and support ongoing projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Administers the terms of contract provisions that specify the company's obligations to acquire, control, use, care for, report and dispose of propertyThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years’ experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement and engagement strategies in a manufacturing environmenPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higheConflict of Interest:
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Summary pay range:
Level 2 Associate: $64,600 - $87,400 USD
Level 3 Mid-level: $79,050 - $106,950 USD
