Associate, Outside Sales

Job Summary
Carrier, a global leader in sustainable building and cold chain solutions, is seeking a qualified Associate, Outside Sales to support and grow its HVAC Service business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating service sales opportunities, and supporting business development activities within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts in line with service requirements to management.
• Execute weekly customer visit schedules to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for service agreements and repair services.
• Interact with customers to increase sales, market share, and product awareness.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and participate in negotiations with potential customers.
• Support business development activities by identifying prospective clients and generating leads.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare technical reports, including compressor inspection reports, maintenance reports, and unit inspection reports, and present them to customers.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance company visibility and support market development initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC service sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
