Position Summary

The Associate Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for local or regional partners and/or supports the management and growth of national partner relationships by coordinating day-to-day communication, operational activities, and partner support initiatives. This role works closely with partner relationship managers as well as other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience, drive partner satisfaction and engagement. The Associate Partner Relationship Manager plays a key role in onboarding, reporting, issue resolution, and maintaining strong partner engagement within a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • The schedule for this role is normal business hours.

  • Travel to conferences and partners is required.

Key Responsibilities


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Relationship Management & Partner Support

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with local and regional partners

  • Support national partners with the Partner Relationship Manager, managing day-to-day communication with partners

  • Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and issue resolution

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with partner stakeholders

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating partner meetings, business reviews, and follow-up actions

  • Participate in partner conferences and events

  • Help ensure a high level of partner satisfaction through timely communication and support


Operations & Coordination

  • Complete or assist with partner onboarding, implementation, and training activities

  • Coordinate internally with operations, clinical, marketing and sales teams to support partner needs

  • Track and manage partner requests, escalations, and operational tasks to completion

  • Help maintain documentation related to partner processes, workflows, and agreements

  • Support agreement and administrative partnership activities as needed

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor partner utilization, engagement, and performance metrics

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal leadership and partner meetings

  • Maintain accurate partner records and activity updates within CRM systems

  • Identify trends, issues, or opportunities and communicate findings to leadership

Growth & Strategic Support

  • Support initiatives focused on partner retention and growth

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve partner experience and operational efficiency

  • Contribute to strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives related to partnerships

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 2+ years in Customer/Partner Success, Account Management, Sales or Strategic Partnerships.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with external partners via phone, video or in person

  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and partner requests simultaneously

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret basic performance metrics and reporting data

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate and resolve operational issues effectively

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality partner experience

  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a partnership management function
