Payroll and Compliance:
- Coordinate, execute and manage monthly payroll.
- Work with stakeholders to get timely input of attendance, leaves, bonuses, and salary changes.
- Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Liaison with the compliance vendor to ensure 100% adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage smooth exit processes including F&F calculations, clearances, and documentation. - Provide accurate settlement reports and handle exit queries.
- Work closely with tax consultants for annual tax declarations, documentations and Form 16 issuance.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance.
- Support the People team in payroll and compensation related reports and dashboards.
HR Operations Support:
- Assist with bank, PF, asset allocation, and pick-up.
- Coordinate with travel agents and to assist the team in passport/visa formalities.
- Process travel reimbursements.
- Verify, upload invoices in the internal tool and maintain tracker and work closely with the finance team to process vendor payouts
Admin Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Procure office supplies including housekeeping, stationery, coffee/tea, etc.
- Manage housekeeping and security services.
- Oversee all office AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- End-to-end vendor management, from sourcing to ensuring completion of tasks.
- Negotiate rates and maintain vendor relationships.
