About the Opportunity:

Lil Sunshine Smiles Dentistry, a premier pediatric dental practice located in Westchase, Tampa, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). Our practice is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a welcoming and child-friendly environment. We utilize cutting-edge technology, including AI-driven patient engagement tools and Invisalign for children, to enhance the patient experience and streamline operations.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with a passion for pediatric dentistry who thrives in a collaborative environment. This position offers a competitive compensation structure with performance incentives, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to be part of a growing and well-respected practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Daily Rate: $850 per day
• Production/Collection Bonus (Performance-Based Incentive)
• Daily Bonus: If daily production exceeds $5,000, the dentist earns 35% of the excess amount
• Monthly Bonus: If monthly collections exceed $80,000, the dentist receives a 5% bonus on the excess amount

• State-of-the-Art Technology – Work with advanced dental equipment, AI-driven scheduling, and Invisalign for pediatric patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures
• Educate parents and guardians on treatment options, oral health maintenance, and preventive care
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with practice policies and industry regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida Dental License
• Pediatric Dentistry Certification
• Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and a patient-first mindset
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required (independent contractors must carry their own malpractice insurance)
