Why This Role Is Valuable

The Associate, People Technology position is an integral member of the IT team supporting the Workday platform, enabling our P&C systems and processes to deliver exceptional employee experience. This role will be responsible for assisting with people-related systems and promoting a continuous improvement approach by leveraging technology to empower users and drive strategic outcomes.

How You Add Value

  • Support the administration and configuration of Workday and other people technology systems.
  • Conduct system testing, data population, and validation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, and business units to support system enhancements and adoption.
  • Participate in initiative governance ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution delivery.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance standards for system processes.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support audits and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Assist with the implementation of innovative process solutions leveraging technology to improve, streamline, and automate processes to create efficient data and workflow management that is scalable to meet the needs of our dynamic environment.
  • Execute data population in various systems, partnering with IT and third-party vendors to maintain file feeds.
  • Partner with IT , P&C, and third-party vendors, research and resolve system-related problems.
  • Serve as a liaison with third parties and P&C subfunctions (e.g., payroll, talent acquisition).

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, technology, or related field, or equivalent related experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR or technology-related position
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills that model clear, analytical thinking and sound judgment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be timely and responsive to the needs of the organization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate both internally and externally to provide customer service-oriented technical support, and to train system end users

Base Compensation Range:

$76,000.00 To $104,940.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
