What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate - Planning and Operations with an industrial engineering background to join our Global Customer Care Directorate.

• Assist in planning and forecasting spare parts to ensure supply meets demand, optimize stock levels, and support operational efficiency,
• Help coordinate spare parts supply to ensure timely and accurate deliveries,
• Support efforts to analyze industry and competitor practices, contributing to the adoption of best practices,
• Assist in improving spare parts distribution and storage processes for better stock management,
• Help prepare reports on planning and operations to provide insights to the team and management,
• Assist in creating global guidelines for spare parts processes to ensure consistency across regions,
• Contribute to the development of data-driven dashboards and reporting tools to monitor spare parts activities and trends,
• Assist in identifying and implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions to automate operational processes and increase efficiency.
  
  The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
  
  How do we describe the perfect match?
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Strong interest in planning, operations, and supply chain processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Open to new ideas, adaptable, and enthusiastic about problem-solving.
