We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Platforms operations support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in web and content management. Your role will be responsible for assisting the Web Platforms PM with support and content management for the ongoing operations of the website (
Epsilon.com) and our internal sales content platform (Epicenter).

Responsibilities-
Provides support for day-to-day maintenance for the website (Epsilon.com)
- Manages requests intake
- Ad hoc Content updates and tasks associated with managing multiple website properties, ensuring they are up to date (remove old case studies, update leadership bio's, etc.)
- Ensure content and design consistency across all web pages, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Fix issues flagged (SEO items like improper redirects, etc.)
- Conduct routine audits to ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and SEO-optimized
- Provides support for day-to-day maintenance of our internal sales content library (Epicenter)
- Manages requests intake
- Staging Library publishing
- Manages content expiration updates
- Fulfills access requests
- Builds pages
- Conducts periodic Content Reviews of the internal sales content library to ensure quality guidelines are met on the site (Quarterly Content Audits, semi-annual expired documents review)
- Provides monthly reporting on usage of the content
- Stays informed on what is happening in the organization, with our products and initiatives, in order to ensure Epsilon.com alignment and integration with other marketing efforts (email, social, etc.)
- Stays abreast of best practices and trends for web platforms, to bring forward innovative ideas, to develop new ways to meet needs for our visitors
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in web operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, WordPres, Sharepoint)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with Excel
- Request management and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience as an admin of a SharePoint site is plus
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
