We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate – PPC to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to driving growth through strategic paid media initiatives.
Role Overview
The Associate – PPC will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and technical expertise to deliver measurable ROI and ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize innovative digital campaigns from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs for effective tracking and reporting.
- Build, manage, and optimize media buys across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, App Marketing, etc.).
- Oversee daily execution and optimization of multiple PPC campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging paid marketing technologies.
- Manage keyword selection, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare accurate, data-driven campaign performance reports for management.
- Maintain and grow partnerships with PPC platforms, vendors, and digital partners.
- Continuously innovate and adapt to evolving paid marketing trends in alignment with Xylem’s digital approach.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager, Paid Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong data analysis and reporting expertise.
- Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with multiple ad platforms (Google Ads, App Marketing, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML and XML.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field (BSc/BA, BBA, Master’s preferred).
- Google AdWords certification and other relevant digital marketing certifications mandatory.
