Position Overview
A Grade 1 Associate Pre-Sales Consultant assists in product demonstrations, helps coordinate proof of concept (POC) activities, gains familiarity with compliance gaps, and supports the project lifecycle through closure, including quarterly support reviews. Under supervision, the Associate collaborates with sales, product, and engineering teams to propose basic solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory standards, while developing foundational pre-sales skills.
The Pre-Sales Consultant plays a key role in the business development of the company’s Network Monitoring System (NMS) product line. This role involves engaging with enterprise and service provider clients, conducting on-site and virtual product demonstrations, identifying infrastructure pain points, and providing solution-fit guidance. The consultant works closely with sales and product teams to develop technical proposals, manage RFPs, and convert opportunities into deployments through PoC planning and client workshops.

Quarterly Support Review Participation Join quarterly check-in sessions with customers to understand solution performance and gather feedback.

Document insights for improvement, forwarding details to the appropriate teams.
