Role: Solution Architect
Seeking an experienced Associate Principal in Risk Management with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Credit Market IT or Operational Risk to lead risk assessment and mitigation initiatives
Job Description
Lead and oversee risk management activities across Credit Market IT and Operational Risk domains Develop and implement comprehensive risk frameworks policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and risk mitigation Analyze complex risk data and generate detailed reports to support strategic decisionmaking Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify emerging risks and develop proactive risk controls Drive continuous improvement in risk assessment methodologies and tools Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management Mentor and guide junior risk management professionals to build team capabilities Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate risk exposure and mitigation strategies effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct thorough risk identification assessment and monitoring activities within assigned risk areas Credit Market IT Operational Lead risk mitigation initiatives by designing and implementing controls and remediation plans Partner with business units and technology teams to embed risk management practices into daily operations Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization Monitor regulatory changes and ensure risk management practices align with updated compliance requirements Prepare and present risk reports and dashboards to senior management and risk committees Support internal and external audits related to risk management processes Drive risk data governance and ensure accuracy and integrity of risk information Champion the adoption of risk management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency
