Associate Process Manager - Graphic Designer

India

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years in graphic design/print industry, with atleast 2-3 years in a Lead/ Supervisory role

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

      • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

      • Experience in performance management and team development

      • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines

      • Should be ready to work from the office in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling print media advertisements using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

    • Create visually appealing layouts with strong attention to typography, balance, and readability.

      • Enhance and manipulate images using Photoshop.

      • Create original logos and design elements as needed.

      • Apply brand guidelines while maintaining creative flair.

      • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on feedback, revisions, and creative direction.

      • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
