Overview:
This position offers an opportunity to drive procurement excellence across corporate functions within a progressive organization. As part of the Supply Chain division, this role ensures the company secures materials, equipment, and services efficiently and cost-effectively to support business operations. It combines commercial strategy, supplier management, and compliance expertise to deliver value and operational performance across departments such as HR, Marketing, and Corporate Services.
The Role:
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Associate / Senior Associate will manage end-to-end procurement processes — from supplier evaluation and RFP management to contract execution and performance tracking. The role requires a deep understanding of procurement systems, negotiation principles, and ERP platforms such as SAP Ariba. Success in this role means ensuring process integrity, supplier compliance, and cost efficiency while upholding high standards of governance.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support full-cycle procurement activities including RFP development, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract finalization.

  • Manage sourcing for strategic categories, ensuring alignment with corporate procurement strategies.

  • Conduct commercial and price analysis across multiple contract types (e.g., Lump Sum, Framework Agreements).

  • Execute contracting activities while ensuring adherence to internal policies and best practices.

  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop and review contract templates and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

  • Evaluate supplier performance, manage due diligence, and oversee ERP-based procurement processes through SAP Ariba.

  • Support budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting through close coordination with the Finance team.

  • Drive continuous improvement and category management initiatives to enhance efficiency and supplier value.

  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement management principles.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Ariba systems.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, sourcing frameworks, and contract governance.


Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Procurement or Contract Management (CIPS, RICS, or equivalent).

  • Experience in entertainment or service-sector procurement.

  • Exposure to category management and supplier performance optimization.
