Associate Product Consultant- Event Phones

Join Cvent, a global leader in meetings, events, and hospitality technology, as an Associate Product Consultant in our Client Services department. In this role, you will support clients using our Event Management software, providing technical assistance and best practice guidance via phone and email. You’ll gather client requirements, implement event solutions, and help clients achieve their goals through effective use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product support and technical assistance to clients over phone and email
• Offer best practice tips to boost client event attendance
• Gather and implement client requirements in Cvent’s event management software
• Maintain product documentation and manage online event components
• Communicate with clients to review implementations and suggest improvements
• Document all client interactions in CRM software

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1–6 years of work experience (graduates, undergraduates, and drop-outs welcome)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Must have experience in US customer service
• High business acumen, ethics, and integrity
• Comfortable using online software products
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong team orientation

You will be required to work in the East Coast shift (6:30pm IST – 3:30am IST).
