Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist the Product Manager in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals, user research, and competitive analysis.

Requirement Gathering: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, collect requirements, and translate them into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Execution & Delivery: Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely development, testing, and release of product features. Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and prioritize tasks effectively.

User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to refine product features and ensure a superior user experience.

Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze product adoption and usage data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer support.

Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, and communicate product updates and plans to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2-6 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role within a technology-driven or product-focused organization.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Product Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify insights, and apply them to improve products.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, cloud technologies, and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product requirements and present ideas clearly.

Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
