We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing—to help define, develop, and launch innovative products that address customer needs and drive business outcomes. This position is ideal for candidates with 2-6 years of experience who are looking to advance their career in product management and gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist the Product Manager in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals, user research, and competitive analysis.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, collect requirements, and translate them into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Execution & Delivery: Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely development, testing, and release of product features. Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to refine product features and ensure a superior user experience.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze product adoption and usage data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer support.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, and communicate product updates and plans to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role within a technology-driven or product-focused organization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Product Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify insights, and apply them to improve products.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, cloud technologies, and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product requirements and present ideas clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
