The Job / Position Summary

We are looking for an analytical and driven Associate Product Manager to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver high-quality software products. You will play a key role in translating business vision into actionable technical specifications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Translate high-level strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Own the product backlog. Prioritize user stories, epics, and bugs based on business value and customer impact.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team (Developers/QA). Ensure clear communication of requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Track KPIs post-launch to measure success.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering. An MBA or related business degree is a strong plus.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
  • Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a definite plus.
  • Ability to understand technical architecture and discuss trade-offs with engineers. Familiarity with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Figma).
  • Exceptional communication skills, analytical problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
