What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Product Marketing & Training who will join our team at the Product Management Directorate.

• Prepare and update product training materials, including AI videos and interactive training content, for all current and upcoming technologies as well as special topics,
• Develop training content for online and hands-on product training sessions, incorporating engagement tools to enhance interactivity, and deliver product training,
• Foster synergy by tracking local visual content to identify suitable assets for integration into global training resources,
• Create interactive e-learning content using generative AI tools, visual materials, and quizzes for various technologies and products,
• Collaborate with selected regions to gather content needs for the online product training platform,
• Define rule sets for learning paths based on user groups and share with countries for responsible categories,
• Identify HQ user groups based on roles,
• Assign global training to users and monitor their training progress for responsible categories,
• Determine and track KPIs to ensure internal product knowledge meets departmental standards for responsible categories,
• Conduct assessments, generate reports, and manage user certifications,
• Research global trends and best practices in learning technologies and implement digital learning tools to meet Beko users' needs,
• Review global product e-learning content to ensure quality and standardization,
• Create global course catalogs.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing related functions,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customers,
