Role overview
The Associate Product Manager – Adult Vaccines is a key member of the Adult Vaccines team, supporting the strategic planning and execution of integrated campaigns and initiatives across the Gulf region. The role focuses on delivering the business objectives and growth ambition for our adult vaccine portfolio, including preparation for and support of new launches, and effective navigation of evolving internal and external commercial dynamics.
Key responsibilities
Brand and commercial strategy
Support the development and execution of annual marketing and sales plans for Gulf markets, including launch plans, achievement of brand KPIs, identification of new customer/product segments, and enhancement of brand performance and image.Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant scientific societies and key external experts to support appropriate vaccine use and patient care across the region.Market, access and performance management
Maintain a strong understanding of dynamic reimbursement and access structures and support practical solutions for patient access in close collaboration with Medical and Access teams.Resource and governance responsibilities
Manage and control promotional A&P budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation, profitability, and adherence to approved spend limits.Compliance and governance
Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of GSK policies, procedures, codes and local laws/regulations, and ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with these requirements.Scope and accountability
Support the commercial performance of assigned vaccine products across designated Gulf markets, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Basic qualifications
We are looking for professionals with the following required skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g. medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, management, marketing, engineering or related areas).Preferred qualifications
