If so, we have a unique opportunity for you to join our team as an Associate Product Manager for our Core Vaccines portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose

The Associate Product Manager will play a key role in driving the operational plan for GSK’s Core Vaccine portfolio, based on brand strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and execute marketing campaigns, develop communication plans, and work closely with sales and medical teams to ensure timely patient access to GSK vaccines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Core Vaccines portfolio, aligned with long-term business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Market Access, Medical, CTC, Sales, and Omnichannel functions to ensure seamless implementation of plans.
  • Customer Engagement: Spend 50% of your time in the field connecting with customers, supporting the sales team, and gathering market insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Training & Communication: Support the sales force through training on brand messaging and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with local SOPs.
  • Forecasting & Supply: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage brand/portfolio forecasts and ensure adequate supply.
  • KOL Management: Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare societies to enhance GSK’s advocacy and reputation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with GSK policies, local regulations, and governance frameworks.

Knowledge and Application

  • Stay updated on marketing techniques, compliance frameworks, and internal GSK policies.
  • Coordinate the approval process for promotional campaigns and ensure adherence to monthly cycle deadlines.
  • Leverage analytics and internal metrics to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.

Problem Solving and Innovation

  • Address business challenges with innovative solutions that influence customer behavior and drive brand objectives.
  • Utilize customer insights to develop creative strategies that enhance engagement and optimize patient outcomes.

Interaction and Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively across sales, medical, regulatory, and other functions to gather actionable customer insights.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to GSK’s ethical standards and compliance policies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (valid SHCC required).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing role (1+ years preferred) or relevant assignments.
  • Vaccines-related experience is a plus.
