Associate Product Manager
who has experience working on mobile applications, is comfortable diving deep into app analytics, and has managed products for diverse user groups (B2C + B2B). This is a foundational role where you will work closely with senior Product Managers and leadership to build mobile experiences that scale across user types and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive mobile product planning and execution alongside senior PMs-focused on app performance, usability, and adoption

Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and ops to ship features that simplify complex financial workflows for both consumers and channel partners

Manage end-to-end mobile product operations, ensuring bugs, crashes, feature requests, and store feedback are triaged and resolved quickly

Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and mobile-specific workflows, aligning stakeholders across teams

Conduct interviews with B2C customers and B2B partners to understand distinct needs and convert insights into product decisions

Dive deep into app analytics tools (Firebase, CleverTap, Mixpanel, etc) to track funnels, cohorts, retention, and behavioral patterns

Use data to identify friction points, run experiments, and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and conversions

Support GTM efforts by coordinating with marketing and sales to ensure feature discovery and adoption across user segments
What You Need to Bring:

3-5 years of experience in product management, product analytics, mobile strategy, or a tech-adjacent role with strong exposure to mobile applications

Hands-on experience working with B2C or B2B apps, or ideally both

Strong analytical mindset with comfort using Excel/Sheets, app analytics platforms, and basic SQL is a plus

Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions while keeping the mobile experience intuitive

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams across tech, design, and business

Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn from users, data, and experimentation
