About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market execution and strengthen product positioning in a competitive, technical B2B environment.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate complex product capabilities into compelling messaging, sales enablement assets, and successful product launches. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and scale content operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and feature releases.
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards.
- Create sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams on B2B marketing campaigns across the funnel.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate content creation, research, and workflow automation.
- Monitor and optimize product marketing KPIs including pipeline influence, content adoption, and win/loss trends.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and improve product positioning.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or technical product environment.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Ability to understand technical product concepts and translate them into customer-focused messaging.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude.
- Strong prompt engineering skills with experience creating structured AI workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create high-quality client-facing content under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in RegTech, FinTech, Identity Verification, AML, Compliance, or related industries.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to competitive intelligence, analyst relations, or market research initiatives.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
