WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $84,500 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Leads and motivates cross-functional teams within an Agile Release Train to develop, execute, and release product solutions aligned with product vision, roadmaps, and business value.
  • Provides business leadership to development teams by setting clear expectations, prioritizing backlogs, defining release timelines, validating metrics, and ensuring acceptance criteria and deliverables meet stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborates closely with management, business partners, and Product Owners to ensure solutions meet strategic priorities, while engaging stakeholders, SMEs, and customers through consistent communication and outcome monitoring.
  • Drives continuous refinement of features and backlogs by defining user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and improvement opportunities that increase product quality, velocity, and customer value.
  • Oversees risk mitigation, delivery challenges, and operational readiness, ensuring seamless transitions to operations, clear communication, and effective issue resolution.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experienced Product Owner with conceptual knowledge of the SAFe framework and the ability to lead one or more Agile Release Train cars, applying change-management concepts and system-level thinking.
  • Strong industry and technical understanding, including insurance operations and how business processes connect to technologies such as cloud, mainframe, web, client-server, SaaS, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills used to influence, guide, and build strong relationships across business partners, support teams, and vendors, while contributing to communities of practice.
  • Highly analytical and organized, leveraging data-driven decision-making, sound judgment, and strong time-management skills to prioritize, negotiate conflicts, and deliver complex, multi-year initiatives.
  • Qualified and experienced professional with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years in business or project delivery, capable of working independently on complex, cross-team efforts.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.
