The Role + Purpose:
  • Supports seasonal product development from concept to production
  • Collaborate with Design and Merchandising team to ensure cohesive assortment while staying in line with brand aesthetic and financial targets
  • Manage timelines, sample tracking and vendor communications to ensure on time delivery
  • Serves as a cross functional liaison between Design, Merchandising, Tech Design and R&D
  • Negotiate costing with vendors to hit financial targets
  • Set up seasonal Time and Action calendars
  • Attend seasonal design presentations and all related meetings including walk-throughs, weekly cross functional check ins and fittings.
  • Articulate deadlines to internal counterparts while supporting timely feedback.
  • Help facilitate proto, presentation sample and photo sample requests alongside assistant manager (such as sending out packages, generating tech packs & vendor follow up questions). Track samples to ensure the ETA deadlines are met.
  • Monitor production and material minimum order quantity issues.
  • Attend all fit sessions and follow up on cost updates resulting from fit changes.
  • Maintain production files that support all product record keeping.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in production/product management
  • Knowledge of time and action calendars
  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow-through skills
  • Experience in PLM and Microsoft Suite

Salary Range: $64,200.00 - $77,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
