What the day will look like

Support account executives and the team with administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and maintaining client files

Organize and update policy records and databases to ensure accurate and current information

Review issued policies and endorsements for accuracy, and deliver final documents to clients in a timely manner

Coordinate with insurers and internal accounting to request and deliver invoices after policy renewals

Respond to routine client inquiries via phone and email, providing policy documents, updates, and basic information

Assist clients with simple policy changes, such as address updates or adding/removing insured items

Track and follow up on outstanding client requirements, such as missing signatures or documents

Maintain accurate and organized records in the digital client folders

Ensure all paperwork and processes meet compliance standards and deadlines

Prepare and issue certificates of insurance to clients, ensuring all details are correct and compliant

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to build product knowledge and industry skills

Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and provide general support as needed

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Minimum of one to two years of experience within the insurance industry.

Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License or be willing to obtain one within three months of hire.

Product expertise in Property & Casualty lines preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint – intermediate to expert user level preferred.
Strong organizational skills required.
Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
Team oriented self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines and be flexible.
Strong technical skills.
Be energetic/have a proven sense of urgency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree 0r equivalent years of industry experience.

Your employment is contingent upon obtaining and/or maintaining all Property & Casualty licenses in the required states, as designated by Aon. You must successfully complete the required course work and pass the examinations within 3 months of your start date. In addition, you will complete all required paperwork necessary in obtaining the licenses. Aon will be responsible for paying the costs associated with the coursework and examinations according to the Aon licensing policy. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the termination of your employment with the firm.
Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 to $82,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
