Roles & responsibilities:
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' sales, marketing, strategy and supply chain functions and use power of data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
Provide retail / CPG industry thought leadership and best practices to consult clients
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas to build cutting-edge analytics solutions to cater to client’s business needs
Actively collaborate with the global team of sales, advisors, delivery and centre of excellence to consult and facilitate the seamless execution of ideas and solutions
Drive revenue growth by building innovative solutions, partnering with sales on go-to-market strategies and plans and owning presales support
Stay updated with industry trends, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and technologies in these industries
Qualifications and Requirements:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline
Proven experience in consulting / analytics / strategy space, in Retail /eCommerce / CPG industries.
In-depth knowledge of industry functions, practices, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical, statistical/machine learning and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and build solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
