Associate Program Manager

We’re hiring for a Program Manager Product Execution role at Neo — India’s most accessible, high-quality fitness brand.

Your job: take what we design (new setups, signage, cleaning stations, etc.) and make sure it actually comes alive in every centre — exactly how it’s meant to.

You’ll be the person who makes sure everything looks right, works right, and feels right for our members. That means visiting centres, coordinating with teams, and getting every rollout fully closed — no half-done work.

This role gives you a front-row seat to how ideas turn into real products members use every day. If you’re action-driven, detail-obsessed, and love seeing your work live in the real world — this one’s for you.
