Techtimize is looking for a proactive Associate Project Coordinator with strong English communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to support project workflows effectively. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in project coordination or software project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project tasks using ClickUp, Trello, or Jira
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate with development and design teams to ensure smooth progress
  • Help identify and resolve project blockers
  • Facilitate internal communication and support timely task delivery
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, scrums, and coordination meetings
  • Ensure project quality and alignment with stakeholder expectations

Required skills and Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Fresh to 6 months of experience in project coordination (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Jira)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of software development and project workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
