Job Overview
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Project Coordinator Associate who will work closely with the Project Manager to support day-to-day project operations. This role is ideal for someone at a junior level who has already assisted in project management and is now ready to take on more responsibility, ownership, and structured coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, assigning, and tracking tasks across multiple projects
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and documentation
- Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and track action items
- Maintain complete and up-to-date project data, reports, and status updates
- Identify delays, risks, or dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager in a timely manner
- Support basic reporting on project progress, tasks, and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience assisting in project management or project coordination
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and workflows
- Hands-on familiarity with project/task management tools such as:
- Jira
- Notion
- Trello (or similar tools)
- Good understanding of project documentation:
- Task trackers
- Status reports
- MoMs
- Timelines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
