Associate Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Management for project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Location: Johar town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time, on-site

Timings: 10AM - 7PM

Experience: 2-3 Years (Microsoft Project Management)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones using Microsoft Project Management.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and dependencies.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and ensure project documentation is up to date.
• Assist senior project managers in resource allocation and project reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project Management tools
• .Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
