Associate Project Manager

Folio3 is on the lookout for an Associate Technical Project Manager who will assist in planning, managing and executing software development projects, as well as working with technical teams to coordinate project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Aid in the execution of software development projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Work with technical teams to define project deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the project plan.
• Ensure thorough documentation of project requirements, plans, and outcomes using tools such as Jira.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development or project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with project estimation, planning, tracking, and reporting tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
