Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Location: Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore

Shift Timings: Evening / Night Shift: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Project Coordination, Junior Project Manager, or similar role)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Graduates from FAST, LUMS, UET, GCU, PU preferred

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to defined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing software development projects
• Coordinate tasks and communication between development, design, and QA teams
• Monitor project progress, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and status reports
• Communicate regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate issues when required
• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and defined workflows
• Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project management activities

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in evening/night shifts

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Prior experience working with engineering or software development teams
• Basic understanding of APIs, frontend, and backend concepts
• Relevant certifications such as Scrum (CSM), PMP (Foundation)
