Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing software development projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
  • Work with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and expected outcomes
  • Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones and progress tracking
  • Manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Monitor project performance using key metrics and reporting systems
  • Support Project Managers in improving workflows and operational processes
  • Provide regular progress updates, risks, and issue reports to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors when required
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 1 year of software development experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web technologies
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client interaction abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
