Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of software projects. In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within defined objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, scope, and agreed objectives
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and expected deliverables
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to improve overall team productivity
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track milestones and progress
- Handle changes in scope, timelines, and budgets using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and reporting systems
- Coordinate with Project Managers and other Associate Project Managers to improve workflows
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager, including progress, risks, and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation plans
- Manage coordination with third-party vendors when required
- Ensure all project-related documentation is properly maintained and up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
- At least 1 year of experience in software development is preferred
- Good understanding of software development processes and web technologies
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and client-facing)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
