Associate Project Manager – IT Recruitment (Bench Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Associate Project Manager – IT Recruitment (Bench Sales) to support our staffing operations while also contributing to project coordination and delivery. The role combines bench sales expertise with project management responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals looking to grow in IT recruitment and project leadership. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred, but freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete bench sales cycle, including onboarding, marketing, and placing consultants.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, vendors, and direct clients to identify opportunities for consultants on bench.
  • Track consultant availability, skill sets, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, rate confirmations, and client/vendor agreements.
  • Provide timely updates to consultants on interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring staffing and recruitment projects.
  • Define project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities in collaboration with senior managers.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets and client commitments.
  • Facilitate effective communication among recruiters, consultants, and vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment, bench sales, or project coordination preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome.
  • Knowledge of U.S. staffing lifecycle, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, CRM tools, and basic project management software (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Prince2, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Ability to lead small recruitment projects and mentor junior team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,997.63 - ₹1,522,771.02 per year
