Sales Coordinator

Sales Administration & Support

  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate customer records, update customer relationship management (CRM) software, and manage sales databases.
  • Document Preparation:Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales presentations to support the sales team.
  • Administrative Support:Handle administrative duties, such as filing, processing invoices, and managing general office tasks.

Client & Sales Team Coordination

  • Communication:Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and managing customer grievances professionally.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination:Schedule sales meetings, client visits, and coordinate logistics for sales events like trade shows and conferences.
  • Sales Strategy Support:Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and goals, and help the team with lead generation.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Sales Data Analysis:Track and evaluate sales data, industry trends, and competitor information to provide valuable insights to management.
  • Reporting:Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management to guide strategies and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
