Logistics-Senior Sales Executive

Nilambur, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and assist in managing day-to-day sales operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on shipments and services.
  • Communicate with clients to update them on shipment status, documentation, and service-related queries.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as operations, documentation, and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and maintain client records and sales documentation.
  • Generate leads and support business development efforts to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain and update CRM or internal databases with client information and sales activity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination in the logistics/shipping industry.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Customer-centric approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • logistics-Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
