Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and assist in managing day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on shipments and services.
- Communicate with clients to update them on shipment status, documentation, and service-related queries.
- Liaise with internal departments such as operations, documentation, and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and maintain client records and sales documentation.
- Generate leads and support business development efforts to expand the customer base.
- Maintain and update CRM or internal databases with client information and sales activity.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination in the logistics/shipping industry.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Customer-centric approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
