Associate Project Manager (Technical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, track, and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Create, plan, and manage sprints based on product priorities and team capacity
• Own sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Define project scope, milestones, and priorities
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure clear task breakdowns and alignment across backend and frontend.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate closely with developers to validate bug fixes
• Verify new feature releases before production deployment
• Ensure overall product quality, stability, and release readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, QA, or technical coordination roles
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with sprint planning and execution
• Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies
• Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working closely with engineering teams

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to automated testing tools
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Linear, Taiga, or similar
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles
• Experience working in Agile or startup / fast-paced product environments.
