What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Purchasing (Capital Goods) who will work at Global Purchasing Directorate.

• Obtain offers that meet the necessary technical specifications for the purchase of production equipments and negotite.
• Conduct market research on the purchase of production equipment in accordance with the necessary technical specifications.
• Implement and execute a category strategy for production equipments, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and sustainable approach.
• Optimize costs through analysis, supplier development, and sourcing activities.
• Conduct risk analysis, prepare, and execute business plans to mitigate potential risks.
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies that align with business objectives and foster sustainable supplier relationships.
• Lead and support supplier transformation programs for automation, manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Determine payment terms in contract processes and ensuring contract process.
• To negotation on contract management if is need.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Management Engineering; Master’s/Doctorate Degree is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office programs and SAP.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic environment and committed to self-development.
• Experience in project management, particularly in cost reduction projects.
• Ability to stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
• Flexible, open to new perspectives, and embrace diversity.
• A strong team player with a proactive mindset.
• Open and transparent communication is always a priority.
