Requirements:
- 1–2 years of professional experience or strong hands-on project experience in Python backend development with a strong understanding of Python programming
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask, and a basic understanding of RESTful API development
- Experience deploying applications on AWS or GCP, with familiarity working in Linux server environments
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, along with ORM concepts
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control
- Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience or exposure to background job processing (Celery, Cron).
- Exposure to cloud monitoring and logging tools
- Understanding of secure coding practices

- Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Django, FastAPI, or Flask
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Integrate and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product teams
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability
