What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Associate - Quality Coordination to join our Global Customer Care Directorate.

• Support the analysis of field service data to understand product performance and identify improvement areas.
• Help prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in monitoring product quality trends and contribute to problem-solving activities.
• Participate in the standardization and documentation of quality and service processes across countries.
• Work with experienced team members to coordinate with factories, R&D, and local subsidiaries for issue resolution.
• Contribute to technical documentation updates and field service communications.
• Support improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, repair efficiency, and sustainability.
  
  
  

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing), or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in data analysis, quality systems, and customer service operations.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and willingness to learn tools like Power BI or Python.
• Curiosity to explore data, identify patterns, and contribute to meaningful insights.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Eagerness to develop in a dynamic, multicultural, and innovative environment.
