Associate RCM Executive

Job Overview:
As a Denial Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing and resolving denied claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services. This role involves analyzing claim denials, identifying patterns or trends, appealing denied claims, and working closely with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve issues.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks related to denial resolution, following guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Communicate any difficulties in DM processes to the Team Lead.
  • Work with colleagues to enhance DM performance and efficiency.
  • Achieve high performance in denial resolution.
  • Stay informed about healthcare policies and compliance requirements for DM.
  • Participate in training sessions for skill improvement in DM.
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic, striving for excellence in DM processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Above
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, having Customer Services experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of full life cycle revenue cycle management.
  • Ability to effectively initiate and manage multi-disciplined projects.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians, managers, customers and external groups.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement along with the skills of planning and implementation of these solutions.
