Job Summary
Supports the Real Estate Management team by executing transactional and portfolio‑level real estate activities across assigned regions. Responsible for managing lease renewals, closures, and other tactical real estate workflows, and serves as a primary day‑to‑day point of contact for internal stakeholders, landlords, property managers, and brokers for assigned transactions.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

Serves as a point-of-contact for internal stakeholders, landlords, property managers, and brokers for assigned renewals and closures within a specified region or regions.

Works with business teams and assists upper management in coordinating decisions for respective lease renewals.

Negotiates lease renewal amendments, including language, terms, and additional renewal options.

Prepares renewal deal summaries, approval packages, and supporting documentation for internal real estate approval processes.

Responds to internal lease interpretation questions related to repairs and maintenance.

Coordinates Legal review and execution of landlord documents such as Estoppels and SNDAs (Subordination, Non‑Disturbance, and Attornment Agreement).

Manages disposition of surplus properties via early termination and subletting for assigned locations.

Tracks closure and consolidation activity, distributing monthly status reports to internal stakeholders.

Provides flexible support across regions as needed to address workload fluctuations and transaction volume.

Provides lease interpretation guidance based on analysis, investigation and experience.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position. Eligible candidates will be asked to work two days a week in our Doraville, GA Field Support Center, with the option to work remotely 3 days per week.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Education And Experience
-
Generally 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Industrial Real Estate or Property Management field OR a BS/BA in a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting commercial industrial real estate portfolios.

Familiarity with lease renewals, amendments, and cross‑functional coordination in a corporate environment.

Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence outcomes.

Smartsheet or other Project Management software experience a plus.

Excel proficiency a plus.
