Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruiter to manage local, on-site hiring with consistency and professional judgment. The role requires someone who understands that effective recruitment is about evaluation, process control, and clear communication.

You will manage the hiring cycle end-to-end while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for on-site positions.
• Draft and publish job postings aligned with role requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on competence and fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds.
• Maintain structured recruitment trackers and status updates.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Contribute to improving hiring processes where needed.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional communicator.
• Able to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Comfortable working within structured reporting lines.
• Maintains confidentiality and discretion.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Shift: EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM), 6 days per week

Salary: 60k-100k (Based on experience)
