We are looking for a motivated and coachable Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Tech Recruitment team. This is an exciting entry-to-mid level opportunity for someone with 6–12 months of experience , ideally in software sales, technology, or a commercial role, who is looking to develop into a full-cycle 360 recruiter within 12 months . You will be trained to source, engage, and place top tech talent across a range of disciplines, including software development, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and more, including mid-to-senior and leadership positions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process across tech roles, including research, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates, developing commercial awareness of the tech talent market.
  • Assist senior recruiters in placing top talent while learning full 360 recruitment skills over the first year.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and assist in offer management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of technical and senior-level roles across the tech landscape.
  • Contribute to building a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 6–12 months of professional experience, ideally in software sales, technology, or a commercial role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn a new recruitment vertical.
  • Interest in technology is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
