Associate Recruitment Consultants

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our German-speaking team in Dubai . This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to grow quickly in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, building relationships, supporting senior consultants, and selling recruitment services into the German market . The role is hands-on and will give you exposure to both candidates and clients, with clear development paths into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position within 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Build strong candidate relationships, providing guidance and a positive experience.
• Support senior consultants with active vacancies and client delivery.
• Maintain accurate records on the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• Stay up to date with the German recruitment market, industry trends, and talent pools.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Currently based in Dubai (this role requires an on-site presence).
• 5 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar talent-focused role .
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving results and career progression.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
