What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate-Regional Marketing who will join our team at Regional Marketing, Business Transformation & Growth Directorate.

The ideal candidate will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing communication campaigns that reinforce Beko’s brand positioning and drive business results across international markets.

• Assist in developing global 360° marketing communication campaigns
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution
• Support content development for digital, print, and social media assets
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
• Research global consumer and market trends to inform strategy
• Help prepare internal presentations and global toolkits for local teams

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field,
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a global or regional role,
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus,
• Strong organizational and project management skills,
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
